Tamia Pleasants, LCPC. Founder and owner of NyLu Therapeutic Solutions, LLC, Tamia is native to the DC/MD metropolitan area and has over 15 years in BehavioralHealth/Counseling. Tamia is a Board Certified Counselor (NCC), currently licensed to practice in Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia. Tamia is an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) in Maryland and Virginia, a Certified EMDR clinician, and BoardCertified in Telemental Health (BC-TMH). Overcoming issues of rejection, abandonment, infertility, and postpartum challenges (with the use of psychedelic medicine) has given Tamia passion to help others deal with their issues head on, in order to lead a productive, successful life. Tamia also has a passion for teaching and mentoring others in the realm of counseling.
